Tip For Home Sellers
Planning on selling your home? Homeowners are sometimes surprised to learn that they have outstanding permits on the property when they try to sell their property. Don't wait until the closing to find out that an open permit is holding up the sale of your home.
To check on outstanding permits, contact the Planning and Zoning Department at (262) 673-8272. If you have an outstanding permit, we can put you in touch with the building inspector to schedule a final inspection.
