Storm Water Outfalls are defined as points of location where storm water EXITS the drainage system and ENTERS a natural waterway system. Major Outfalls have a diameter larger than 36 inches while Minor Outfalls are defined as having a diameter less than 36 inches. An outfall number is associated with each outfall for reference on the City’s Storm Water Mapping System.  Each year the City does inspections and repairs of these outfalls
