If you are an intermediate or advanced fitness enthusiast or are looking for a workout that can be done at home, a Personal Trainer can meet with you to evaluate, discuss, and plan a workout to meet your fitness needs. The fitness plans will be more individualized and varied than a plan with a Personal Fitness Coach. Each one hour session will include a fitness assessment, workout plan and nutrition plan. |
Things are more fun with friends! Even working out! In our Group Personal Training Session, you and friend or two can enjoy a private class tailored towards your personal goals. A Small group session is more personal customized than our other fitness classes. One session is one hour. |

PERSONAL FITNESS COACH | ||
| Personal Fitness Coaches are for beginners or persons with questions on how to use the equipment in the fitness room. Your coach will set up a basic circuit routine or a three day split routine based on your goals and help you with your cardiovascular workout. This training program includes 3 meeting dates with a personal trainer. The first session will include a fitness assessment, the second session will discuss your assessment, fitness program and figure out how to lift and what weight you should be using. The third session is a full workout with your personal fitness coach. When you sign up, you will also be given one free fitness assessment within 6 months of your initial assessment. Three sessions with follow up assessment is $85.00. Call the Recreation Office and let us know you want your own personal fitness coach! | |||
